I will list my many hats here, and probably show a bunch of hats in the background.

A Puzzle... A Very Simple PuzzleMy professional career may be a bit more like a puzzle than I would like to admit, but it has come together quite well for me. It presents breadth in two primary industries and depth in technology, communication and management.
Bryant Haines is the Chief Executive and
Chairman of the Board at Kinetic IT Systems,
Inc., and he is the President and Chief
Operating Officer at SSG Synergetics
Incorporated. He has over
14 years professional experience in government
and private sector work. Bryant is a highly
motivated IT project manager and systems
engineer with an impeccable record for exceeding
expectations. His second greatest joy is being
the chief executive of his own consulting firm;
creating success in the truest terms. He has
been awarded the highest performance rating
three years in a row among 100,000+ colleagues,
and has broad experience in government and
business project management. He enjoys applying
his drive, knowledge, leadership and
partnerships in the service his company and his
clients.
In November 2006, Bryant was selected as the
North Carolina Businessman of the Year. Recent
events highlighting his contributions and
capabilities include the following public
recognition:
Recognized by the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce
Blue Diamond Award Committee as the Project
Manager for the Small Business Development
Program's CompassCVM Project Manager.
- North Carolina Businessman of the Year (2006)
- North Carolina Republican of the Year (2006)
- Mayoral Appointee to the Privatization & Competition Advisory Committee
Bryant recently served on the program management
team for a classified project with the US
Department of Homeland Security, where he was
responsible for defining, modeling,
communicating and leading the execution of
solutions to some of the most critical technical
and business problems that arise in the
Government today. This is where he takes great
pride in his work ? dealing with the highest
priority, most complex issues and requirements
to rapidly produce innovative solutions, then
leading those solutions through to completion.
He has been working in leadership and systems
engineering positions for over twelve years, and
recently directed a government-based team in an
enterprise development and deployment project.
Bryant enjoys serving in leadership roles and is
an excellent follower ? provided it is a cause
in which he can believe. He has a knack for
pulling the best teams together for these
efforts. Bryant has a keen interest in public
service and currently serves on the City of
Charlotte?s Privatization & Competition Advisory
Committee as an appointee of Mayor Patrick
McRory. If you would like to know more about
Bryant or have any questions for him, please
feel free to contact him directly via telephone
or email.
